He is an accomplished change agent with a track record in delivering organizational value and growth through technology.  He is a leader with expertise in conceptualizing business initiatives, and visionary in creating strategies that advance organization mission.  Carlos has over 25 years of professional experience leading organizations serving as Executive Director, COO, CIO and VP of IT in a range of industries. Carlos is one of the founders of IMSI with a mission to create technology solutions to solve business problems and enable credit unions. Carlos earned his BS in Industrial Technology from Northern Illinois University and his MBA from Rockford (IL) University.
