With over 25 years of experience leading technology-driven organizations, Carlos Fulcher is a visionary in credit union innovation.
As one of IMSI’s founders, he is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world business challenges. Carlos holds a BS in Industrial Technology from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Rockford University.
Patrick Arthurs – Chief Software Architect
A seasoned software architect and IMSI co-founder, Patrick Arthurs has spent his career developing cutting-edge, scalable solutions for credit unions.
He previously served as VP of IT at Meadows Credit Union, where he helped expand its digital capabilities. Patrick holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Notre Dame and an MS in Computer Science from DePaul University.
Devon Wilson – Founding Partner
With over 30 years in credit union technology, Devon Wilson has dedicated his career to helping credit unions improve their systems and service delivery.
He co-founded IMSI with a mission to provide exceptional customer service, long-term partnerships, and tailored technology solutions. Devon studied Business Administration at Phillips University and frequently shares his expertise at industry events nationwide.
