Carlos Fulcher
Chief Executive Officer
Carlos E. Fulcher, MBA, CAE, is an innovative and strategic global executive leader with extensive experience in non-profit and for-profit organizations. He is an accomplished change agent with a track record in delivering organizational value and growth through technology. He is a leader with expertise in conceptualizing business initiatives and a visionary in creating strategies that advance the organization’s mission. Carlos has over 25 years of professional experience leading organizations serving as Executive Director, COO, CIO and, VP of IT in a range of industries. Carlos is one of the founders of IMSI with a mission to create technology solutions to solve business problems and enable credit unions. Carlos earned his BS in Industrial Technology from Northern Illinois University and his MBA from Rockford (IL) University.
Patrick Arthurs
Chief Software Architect
Patrick Arthurs, MS, OCA, JCWD, MCSA, is an accomplished software architect. Patrick has dedicated his career to delivering high-quality, innovative, and elegant technology solutions to Credit Unions. Patrick worked at Meadows CU (MCU) for over eight years as VP IT, building technology platforms to allow MCU to expand services and grow membership beyond its single branch. Patrick is one of IMSI’s founders and Chief Software Architect and has committed his last ten years to bringing to market technology solutions to solve Credit Union challenges. Patrick has a BS in Computer Engineering from Notre Dame and an MS in Computer Science from DePaul University in Chicago.
Devon Wilson
Chief Operating Officer
Devon has worked in the credit union technology space for over 25+ years, beginning in 1991 for a $550 million credit union in California. Devon left the credit union after ten years to accept a position in a division of Fiserv, a Fortune 500 company. In 1998, Devon began his pursuit to form his first business – Information Management Solutions (IMS), a credit union consulting, programming, and hosting company. After a 10-year tenure developing IMS, Devon, Patrick, and Carlos formed IMS Integration. Credit Unions are founded on member service and they expect no less from their business partners. IMSI was based on this belief. “Customer service has always been our primary objective. We provide superior customer service by building long-term relationships by being responsive and relevant and by consistently delivering value to our credit union customers”. Devon loves to share his passion for the Credit Union Industry and shared his expertise at industry events throughout the United States. He majored in Business Administration at Phillips University in Oklahoma.
